Who we are
Izo was born from the need to take action to benefit our Latino community in Oregon. Our founder has dedicated his life to working on behalf of Hispanics in the state. His experience across different spaces made him identify an untold reality: the lack of a genuine connection with the community. This led him to devise a form of Hispanic-to-Hispanic communication. That’s how he did it, or shall we say in Spanish, “así lo HIZO,” and has been doing so since 2009, focusing on campaigns that strengthen Latin Americans’ present and future.
Anthony Veliz
Anthony has earned the community’s trust as the first Latino elected to the Woodburn School District’s Board of Directors and the second Latino elected to serve on the city council for the City of Woodburn. He has served on the State Board of Education and other non-profit boards. Anthony has consulted with many organizations on equity, diversity, inclusion, and recruitment. His expertise in the growing multicultural and Latino community is unmatched.
Jorge Rodriguez
Jorge works with organizations in creating strategies that help reach minority audiences through creative mediums. He oversees the efforts of the marketing and creative teams in producing work that aligns with the goals and values of organizations. For Jorge, having a share in working on projects that make a difference and positively impact the community is the most rewarding part of his role.

Isis collaborates with various teams and creates content focused on the well-being of the Latino community, which she considers very rewarding.
Evy Rodriguez
Evy has been implementing her Spanish and English language skills in various outreach efforts for over 15 years and manages a translation/transcreation team to execute projects accurately and timely.

Damian works with existing clients to help them grow their business and see success from marketing. He ensures that our creative and marketing strategy work drives our clients’ business and builds their brands.

Xochitl enjoys her daily work in marketing, where there are new designs to create, tools to use, and ideas to brainstorm. She communicates with clients and our internal marketing and creative teams to support them.
