About the Client

The Cinco de Mayo Fiesta aims to raise funds for the Portland Guadalajara Sister City Association (PGSCA), celebrating the sisterhood between both cities. It also serves as a cultural, artistic, and educational showcase, gathering the best of the best from the communities and various ethnicities that bring culture to life.

A genuine strategy for a genuine stage

Agricultural workers, families in rural areas, and groups with limited education were represented in this personalized campaign.


The creative assets were made in-house, combined with the best efforts to present this annual celebration as part of our culture. We designed an identity based on our self-perception and recognition. 


We collaborated with Axiom Events to develop a marketing plan and a high-impact public relations strategy.


We then proceeded to detail each phase, from traditional and social media promotion to the development of the event with a plan that guaranteed media coverage.
